Refund/Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tiny Gadgets. We consistently strive to deliver our customers the best products. However, if for any reason you wish to return the product, the following rules apply:

1. Return Timeframe

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, including the box, manual, warranty cards, and all accessories.

Important Note: For electronics and gadgets, returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or the packaging is torn, unless the item is mechanically defective.

3. Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video)

Since we deal with sensitive electronic gadgets, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your package.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, this video will serve as primary proof to expedite your refund/replacement process.

  • Without video proof or clear photos of the defect, the return request may be declined.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send the product back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the package without contacting us first.

  1. Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp within the 7-day window.

  2. Provide your Order ID and proof of the issue (Unboxing Video/Photos).

  3. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will be sure to provide you with the nearest return warehouse address and instructions.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

7. Order Cancellation

Our order processing is automated to ensure fast delivery.

  • Before Processing: If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can cancel it for a full refund.

  • After Processing/Shipping: Once the order has been processed by our warehouse or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it (subject to our return policy).
