1. Order Processing Time

We prepare the products within 1-2 business days after the order payment is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

We ship products to any address.

  • Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Will be displayed on the checkout page (or free shipping).

(Note: This time will start counting from the day the product is shipped, not the day you place the order.)

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You can use this number to check the current location of your parcel. You can also track your order status directly on our website’s Order Tracking page.

4. Correct Address and Unit Number (Very Important)

It is mandatory to provide the correct address for the delivery of the product. If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address and the product is not delivered, Tiny Gadgets will not be responsible for it.

5. Customs and Tax

If any import tax or GST is payable after the product arrives, it will be paid in full by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Product

If the product is lost on the way or you receive a broken product, please inform us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will help to resolve the issue.
